The Order provides an exemption for individuals under 2 years of age, individuals who cannot wear a mask due to workplace safety, and individuals with disabilities who cannot wear masks.

The Order also does not apply to commercial motor vehicles or trucks as defined by DOT regulation at 49 CFR 390.5 if the driver is the only person in the vehicle, and it does not apply to vehicles operated or chartered by the US military. As I went to search his body all I found was a canteen, some can items, and a flashlight.Making good on President Biden’s position that everyone should wear a mask when using public transportation, the CDC issued an Order effective February 2 nd requiring all travelers using public transportation to wear masks while boarding, traveling and disembarking. Most noob bandits will just chase you down and kill you on site. One wouldn't believe how many players I was easily able to spot because of that light shinning everywhere.
Second, don't run down the street all willy kneely in the middle of the night shinning that flashlight everywhere that will make you a easy target for anyone looking to get a easy kill on you. Thats how far a lot of people will go just to get that kill. To my surprise a player had to be following me for a very long time because I had ran deep into the forest to explore in the middle of the night found a pond to drink out of and bam shoot me in the back. Any and everybody could be trying to sneak up behind you and kill you as it has happen to me. so be careful by being aware of your immediate surroundings. First, The more gear that you are carrying the more of a target you become to other players a large back pack, guns, vest, etc.
